Refund Policy
At DzgnJam Learnings Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide exceptional UI UX design training and support to our students in Nagpur. We understand that circumstances may arise where a student needs to cancel their enrollment. Below is our refund policy outlining the terms and conditions for refunds:
Refund Eligibility
We do not provide a 100% job guarantee. Employment opportunities depend on the student’s performance and efforts.
Students can cancel their enrollment within 7-days of the batch commencement date to be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to rashmi@dzgnjam.com within the specified timeframe.
Refund Procedure
If a student cancels their enrollment within the 7-day period, we will process a full refund of the paid amount without any deduction.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7-days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
After the 7-day period from the batch commencement date, no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
Once the bootcamp has commenced, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance or participation.
