The Company specializes in providing UI UX Design course training and offers placement assistance for a period of one year to its students.
4. Enrollment and Payment
By enrolling in any course offered by the Company, you agree to pay the applicable fees as per the Company’s pricing and payment terms. Payment details will be provided upon enrollment.
5. Refund Policy
The Company’s refund policy has been updated separately. Please refer to the refund policy document for details.
6. Placement Assistance
The Company offers placement assistance to its students for a period of one year after successful completion of the course. However, please note that 100% job guarantee is not provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, and study materials, are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.
8. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to adhere to the Company’s code of conduct, which includes but is not limited to respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur.
